Organizations and shared credits
Understand seats, payer selection, shared balances, and member spending limits.
Per-seat subscriptions
An organization subscription counts one seat per member at the same price as the corresponding personal plan. Seats update when members join or leave.
Monthly plan credits and storage scale by seat count. Concurrent missions and CPU jobs scale by seat count up to the configured 10-seat concurrency multiplier, with the overall payer job ceiling still enforced. Per-mission agent, step, machine, and timeout limits remain the plan's own limits.
A trialing organization subscription counts one seat. When seats are added during a billing period, prorated charges and prorated credits apply. Removed seats remain paid through the end of the period.
Who pays for a launch
A member launching in organization research spends the organization's shared credit pool under its plan. Their personal balance is not used for that launch.
A collaborator who is not a member spends personal credits. Personal research always uses personal credits rather than an organization's credits.
The credit history and mission reports record the member who launched work. Organization AI chat also uses the shared pool and applicable member limits.
Member limits and roles
Owners and admins can cap each member's monthly credit spending and inspect usage. The limit is checked when credits are reserved. Usage counts the member's reserved or consumed organization credits for the current calendar month in UTC.
Organization roles are owner, admin, and member. Platform administrator access is a separate role and does not replace organization membership rules. Sensitive billing and membership actions require the appropriate owner or admin permission.
Workspace privacy
Organization research remains private to organization members until published. Its context documents are selected from the organization's Library. Publishing research does not make unrelated workspace files or internal agent records public.
A paid organization subscription supplies the verified organization badge described in the billing configuration and application UI.
