Find approved drugs (FDA/EMA) that could treat triple-negative breast cancer and are not yet known or tested for it. Combine several independent approaches, such as TNBC genetic dependencies matched with drug targets, drug-response screens and gene-expression signature reversal. Search ALL stars with TESS SPOC 2-min light curves in Sector 107 for new transiting exoplanet candidates. 1. Confirm how many light curves exist and that all were processed. 2. Test the search on known planets and injected transits in this sector. Measure and report how many it recovers. 3. Flag likely false positives (eclipsing binaries, secondary eclipses, odd/even differences, V-shapes, contamination) instead of deleting them. Mark planets and TOIs that are already known. 4. Search the 2-minute SPOC light curves of TESS sector 1 for periodic transits. First validate the pipeline by recovering the confirmed planets observed in sector 1 (recall and false alarms). Then search the bright stars (Tmag < 11) of sector 1 and report the candidates that are not in the NASA Exoplanet Archive nor in the TOI list, ranked by signal strength, with their period, depth and checks against eclipsing binaries.
