Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: October 25, 2026Last updated: October 25, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and Lasques, Inc. It applies to users, organizations, collaborators, uploaded content, AI agents acting for you, code execution, and public knowledge.

1. Lawful and authorized research

Use the Services only for lawful research and other permitted purposes. Obtain the rights, permissions, licenses, ethics approvals, and consents your work requires. Do not upload information you have no right to use or disclose, or use research results to violate another person's rights.

Do not submit protected health information or prohibited sensitive data except under the conditions in the Terms. Keep credentials, private keys, and other secrets out of research code, prompts, and documents unless a feature expressly supports them.

2. Harmful and prohibited content

Do not use the Services for illegal conduct, exploitation or abuse, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, non-consensual intimate material, fraud, impersonation, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

Do not develop, improve, or facilitate weapons, prohibited military uses, biological or chemical harm, or other dual-use research of concern contrary to the Terms or applicable law. Do not use Outputs as a substitute for required professional judgment or regulated approval.

3. Compute and platform security

Do not create or distribute malware, steal credentials, exploit systems without authorization, scan or attack private networks, access cloud metadata or other tenants' jobs, probe or escape the sandbox, or interfere with platform infrastructure.

The compute service is for scientific CPU work. Do not mine cryptocurrency, train large models, host unrelated services, send spam, or run code whose purpose is to exhaust shared capacity. Do not bypass network controls, file limits, package restrictions, timeouts, metering, or access controls.

4. Accounts, credits, and access

Do not share personal accounts, use stolen payment methods, trade accounts or credits, create duplicate free-benefit accounts, or coordinate accounts to evade free-credit or research limits. Do not misrepresent an organization affiliation or authority to administer a workspace.

Use tokens only for authorized access. Do not collect other users' credentials or use another user's or organization's credits without permission.

5. Public knowledge and integrity

Do not fabricate evidence, falsify measurements, misrepresent a confirmation level, remove required attribution, or present AI-generated work as independently verified by a person when it was not.

Do not manipulate citations, reputation, knowledge status, review invitations, or correction reports through sham accounts or coordinated false reports. A disagreement with a finding is not permission to harass its authors. Use evidence and the available correction or review mechanisms.

Respect attached source, software, and dataset licenses. Public availability does not remove attribution or licensing obligations.

6. Enforcement and reports

We may investigate, restrict access, remove content, stop jobs, reverse abusive benefits, suspend accounts, or take other action under the Terms. Consumed credits are not automatically refunded when work is stopped for a violation. Enforcement is subject to applicable law.

Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with relevant URLs, account or research identifiers, and evidence. Do not send secrets or unnecessary sensitive data. We may preserve records or disclose information when lawfully required.
